As part of our commitment, we have implemented ISO9001 quality management systems throughout our organisation, designed to continually improve upon the services, products, and overall experience we provide.

The standard is defined by ISO, an independent, non-governmental international organisation with a membership of 162 national standards bodies. Their foundation for ISO9001 reads:

 

This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services

 

We sent a short questionnaire to over 150 of our clients, asking for their anonymous feedback on their experience with us. Firstly, a huge thank you to those that responded. Secondly, we’re both incredibly proud of the results, and committed to increasing these percentages over the next twelve months.
