Unibox create modular displays for Case Furniture’s ICFF exhibition stand in New York
London-based furniture designers, Case Furniture, specialise in creating ‘furniture that is modern, with integrity and character’.
Requiring a number of displays for their upcoming exhibition in New York, Case came to Unibox due to our UL-rated manufacturing capabilities, resulting in the creation of light boxes, 3D tension fabric graphics, Magnetik displays and slimline modular systems.
After providing our technical design team with basic concepts for their exhibition space, we created production drawings outlining exact dimensions and how each display would be manufactured.
Several amendments followed, after Case discovered the range of possibilities using our display systems, with our ‘invisible’ product display system, Magnetik, integrated into tension fabric displays, and modular structures redesigned to house extra merchandise.
As the exhibition was taking place New York, Case specified that each of the illuminated displays were UL-rated, adhering to American standards.
Unibox are the only UK based UL-rated manufacturer of light boxes, which combined with our in-house production capabilities and US-office, made us the perfect partner for Case.
The result was a modular solution that can adapt with Case Furniture as they attend exhibitions across the world. Turning the entire project around, from design to manufacture, in less than 2 months, including pre-building the whole display before it left the UK, Case were incredibly happy with their exhibition stand displays:
Lightboxes: A double sided brand-focused lightbox, mounted onto a plinth with dye-sublimated graphics - recommended by the Unibox team to minimise any print damage whilst being transported overseas. Learn more about lightboxes.
3D TFS: We took Case’s initial requirement for three separate display units, and transformed it into a seamless display environment that allowed for the creation of themed areas featuring related products to be displayed. Learn more about 3D TFS.
Modular Displays: Using what is becoming an iconic modular profile system, we created a multi-tiered product display housing three sets of furniture that is reconfigurable depending on the space available. Learn more about Modular Systems.
Magnetik: Used within 3D tension fabric systems and light boxes to combine products and graphic displays, Magnetik provided Case with a simple yet effective way to merchandise their themed areas. Learn more about Magnetik.
