Description
We are an established design and manufacturing company with a successful track record
in the exhibition and retail sector.
Our Design team is looking to enhance its capabilities with the recruitment of a
Production Engineer with at least three years commercial experience in a design / engineering environment.
Key responsibilities include:-
Assist in the design / development of new products.
Working to briefs, co-ordinating projects and delivering customer specific solutions.
Evaluate and develop existing product range.
Develop equipment and processes to ensure they meet production requirements.
Review process and cost implications of proposed new product ranges.
Requisite skills
Qualified to a minimum of HND/HNC level or equivalent discipline.
Excellent knowledge of machinery / equipment used in production processes
AutoCAD 2D draughting skills.
IT skills to include Outlook, Word, Excel and Acrobat.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
Hours 8.30am – 5.30pm Mon-Thurs 8.30am-3.00pm Friday
